Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 25, 2026System Architecture Mapping Version: v2.5-Compliance

1. Global Workspace Terms & License Bounds

Welcome to the Vylux.ai cockpit environment (the "Platform"). By connecting active telephony trunks, activating the dynamic queue switch console, or utilizing CallMatrix integration proxies, you represent that you possess valid corporate agency licensure to execute high-ticket sales transfers inside your chosen vertical markets.

2. Conversational Audit Rules & Zero-Dispute Ledger

All interactions managed across the Vylux cockpit stream rely on the CallMatrix immutable data verification ledger.

  • Cryptographic Verification: Every call routed through the pipeline compiles a secure verification token block hashed with SHA-256 (X-Vylux-Hash).
  • Audit Finality: In the event of a quality or conversion dispute between an independent marketing organization (IMO), broker network, or downstream contractor, the cryptographic ledger entry filed within the CallMatrix System of Record shall serve as the final, binding arbitrator of transaction validity.

3. Carrier Policy & Telephony Hygiene Constraints

Brokers and agency accounts using Vylux agree to strict carrier deliverability rules:

  • Attestation Safeguards: You shall not mask call signatures or configure unauthorized caller ID configurations that cause Telnyx trunking channels to fall below Level A Attestation or violate standard STIR/SHAKEN compliance protocols.
  • Prohibition of Outbound Blasting: The platform is explicitly optimized as an on-demand, inbound conversational intent engine. Utilizing Vylux pipelines or custom API endpoints to execute programmatic, automated robotic cold outbound spam campaigns is strictly prohibited and results in immediate trunk disconnect rules.

4. Platform Liability Bounds & AI Interruptions

Vylux.ai delivers sub-500ms voice pipeline response benchmarks. However, due to natural cloud network latency drops, carrier routing variations, and edge processing dependencies, Vylux does not represent that voice performance or transcription turn-taking will be entirely interruption-free. The service is extended "As-Is" with a target 99.9% pipeline uptime commitment.
