Vylux.ai operates an autonomous voice intelligence platform natively synchronized with the CallMatrix.io performance-bidding core. By routing data streams through our edge gateways, you authorize the collection, processing, and caching of the following session telemetry points:
- Audio Voice Streams: Real-time telephony speech captures processed at the edge network node.
- Semantic Transcripts: Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) machine-text files generated via Deepgram Nova-3 accelerators.
- Attribution Metadata: Google Click Identifiers (GCLID), localized IP routing parameters, dynamic phone numbers (DNI), and geographic ZIP verification strings.
2. Voice Stream Privacy & Time-To-Live (TTL) Bounds
To safeguard individual consumer and broker privacy rights:
- Stateless Buffering: Inbound audio streams are parsed statelessly via secure Transport Layer Security (TLS) WebSockets.
- Automated Ephemeral Flushing: Raw call recording audio buffers are automatically flushed from our global edge caches within twenty-four (24) hours of session completion, except where explicitly required for dispute resolution via CallMatrix secure cryptographic SHA-256 hashed ledgers.
- PII Masking at the Edge: Vylux AI filters autonomously scrub common personally identifiable information (PII)—including social security strings, policy numbers, and financial account variables—prior to logging textual transcript histories.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure Handshakes
Vylux coordinates technical network pipelines natively tied to hardware infrastructure operators (such as Telnyx SIP routing gateways and secure API clouds). We do not market, lease, or distribute data profiles to external broker pools outside of the explicitly authenticated CallMatrix contractor billing node designated to fulfill your requested vertical service line.
4. Telephony Compliance & Recourse (TCPA Matrix)
Our platform acts in strict compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Vylux explicitly logs verification consensus statements dynamically during the "Alex AI Vetting Phase" to validate clear inbound authorization prior to initiating carrier bridges.
